My father Jefferson Masters was also aboard the USS Segundo. My father passed when I was 17.He was much older than my mother and was approximately 45yrs of age when I was born.My parents were together off and on for many years and finally stayed together when I was a teenager.At the time I thought other things were more important and never got to really know him.
